Our river front casita is the ultimate retreat. It’s private, quiet and peaceful.  It’s a place to read, draw. write, eat great snacks, rest, and just be. Family-friendly and pets are welcome too!

Casita Availability

Our casita can be booked directly with us or through Home-away. Check the calendar for available dates. Since it may not reflect the most current reservations, all inquiries are finalized with Bill and Lu Lee.

Standard rates

Our standard rates

•               Nightly rate:  Our base rate is $345 per night but varies with demand

•               Extra people in excess of 2 and up to 8 + $20 per person per night

•               Accommodations:    

•               Upstairs: One king bed in the bedroom and one queen bed in the loft

•               The upstairs bathroom is accessible without going into a bedroom

•               Downstairs: One bedroom with 2 queen beds

•               Screen porch-fair weather-1 queen futon

•               The downstairs bathroom is accessible without going into the bedroom

•               Pets are $100 per pet, per stay

•               Cleaning is $200 regardless of length of stay

Overnight guests:  

In excess of 8, includes camping

•               Requires express written permission from the owners

•               $50 per night per extra person, per night in excess of 8

•               Requires description of guests and explicit permission from the owner.   Depending, may call for additional requirements

Weddings and Special Events

Special Events, Weddings, and Retreats are welcome at Abiquiu River Front Casita.    Due to the extra special, one of a kind, setting, there are extra fees as well as other requirements.     

Any more than 8 guests is a Special Event.     See rules below.

Special Events, Weddings, and Retreats

•               Express written permission from the owners is required for Special Events, Weddings, and Retreats

•               Ends at 9 PM

•               No amplified music

•               Absolute limit, 30 people including wedding party

•               Description of how alcohol is being handled

•               Insurance, including liquor endorsement if needed, is required.

•               Special Event Fee = $2250 + Yard prep and extra cleaning fee of $300 + Refundable security deposit of $1,000

•               If more than 16 people, guests must rent a porta party

•               Host does not provide tables, table cloths, chairs, plates, flatware, or glasses, but the setting by the river is wonderful !!
